This page is dedicated to building up the leaders of MIGHT and to help train the leaders to properly do their jobs within the group. Currently, we are seeking leads within every facet of the group, as we are rebuilding. We are currently seeking the following positions:
Case Manager-This position is in charge of setting up the cases of the group, and to also seek out cases that we can undertake.
This individual will be in charge of the case department, working with fellow investigators to find investigations to do.
Research Manager- Very important role within the group. This member must almost have a passion for historical research. This person will work to find out as much as they can about a location that we are investigating through client interviews, ownership records, cemetery records, geneological research and other methods.
Lead Investigators- We will almost certainly need at least 4 lead investigators. Josh Collins and Beth and David Shonhart will likely not be able to attend every investigation that the group does, so someone within the group needs to fill in the role to take the steps to divide the group up, handle the equipment setup and takedown, client interviews, and general investigations. They will also need to know enough about the paranormal to be able to possibly train new-newer investigators that are with the group.

Possible newsletter to members thoughts?
.I, Josh Collins, would like to get everyone's opinion on starting a newsletter and send it out to all of our investigators within MIGHT. It doesn't have to be professional caliber, but I would like to send one out and talk about past investigations, future investigations, fundraiser opportunities for money, and other various things we have going on. I would like to know. Go ahead and send your thoughts to [email protected].
